My new Gameing Rig

So, its time for me to have a upgrade for my computer. My computer has made me good over the years, but it is starting to have trouble with all of the new games and windows coming out. So it is time for a upgrade. My first plan was to buy it from a website like ecollegepc, but after looking around, I figure it would be cheaper if I build it myself. I got all of my parts from newegg.ca, and what a steal I got. Like for my GPU, the Geforce GTX 275, cost my only $200, and buying something like that from my local stores, would cost me anywhere from $350 to $500. So you can do the math, I am a happy camper. Here are the specs from old computer:

My new Katana

This is my new Katana that I order online. It is one of those things that if am hard on money, I will not buy, but always wanted. Anywho, I had a little extra money, so hey why not. So if took a little longer then what I figure it would take for shipping which was 3 weeks almost at 4 weeks. But the Packageing was very nicely done, and there was no damage to it at all. This Katana is 100 percent of the blade is hand forged, and It consists of high carbon AISI 1055 steel. It is a Tempered blade and water quenched.

I have not try cutting anything with this katana as I don't feel safe doing something like that, but I would think it would be fine as long as you ain't cutting into metal. Here are some pics, enjoy! =)

School Days

Plot:
Makoto Ito rides the train to and from school every day. However, at the beginning of his second term, he falls in love with a beautiful girl that also rides the train. Unfortunately, she barely knows of his existence. Her name is Kotonoha Katsura, and though they attend the same school, they are not in the same class. In an attempt to catch her eye, Makoto enlists the aid of a close female friend of his: Sekai Saionji. She helps him, despite the fact that she--unbeknownst to Makoto--is in love with him. Thus the three are bound in a love triangle of life changing proportions.

Final Feelings:
Wow, this is one mess up anime. It's start off as your normal Harem type anime, but by the end, it completely changes around to a blood bath show. Also, I find this anime to be more like a chore when it came to watching it, which is never fun.

Recommended:
No. If you like Harem, or romance, go find another anime. If you like mess up bloody gore types shows, watch the last episode.

RX-78-4 Gundam (G04)

This is my first Gunpla that I have ever done. I know this won't be my best one, but I am going to try my hardest to make it as good as possible and learn as much as I can. I ordered this kit on Hobbywave and was very happy on how fast it got to my house. My reason why I pick this kit first is that was one of the cheapest kits and it comes with a big gun. (Sucker for big weapons) Plus it looks cool.

1. Prebuild Kit:
I just finish prebuilding the kit and I must say even without the paint I think it looks really good. I didn't think it would take so long to prebuild, but I guess with around 14 runners, and over 250 pieces, plus sanding each piece it takes awhile, but it was worth it. I am very happy on how strong the hands and feet are, as they can hold all of it's weapons and shields with no problems, even his big gun which is about the size of him. The total height is around 18-19cm tall. One of my favorite things about this kit is that you can move its fingers so it can grab many things. Here are some pics of the prebuild of the kit.

Plot:
Saotome Ranma, a teenage martial artist, and his father Genma travel to the 'cursed training ground' of Jusenkyo in China. There, despite the warnings of the Chinese guard, they fall into the cursed springs. From now on, whenever Ranma is doused in cold water, he turns in to a girl, and a cute, well-built red-head at that. Hot water changes him back into a man again, but only until the next time. To make matters worse, his father engages him to Tendo Akane, a girl who hates boys.

Final Feelings:
This was a pretty good anime with some funny scenes in it. It is a very long anime with 7 seasons, which each season lasting about 17-21 episodes each. This anime does start to get boring after the 3 season, as their is very little to no character growth, and the story doesn't really change much. Their are also two movies, and a couple of ova's which are really good to watch after the tv series.

Recommended:
Yes for the first 3 seasons and the movies and ova's.

RahXephon

Plot:
In a world where time passes at a crawl and the blood of your neighbor runs blue, 17 year old high school student Ayato Kamina goes about his daily life within Tokyo Jupiter oblivious to the world around him, having been educated with the fact that the all civilization but Tokyo has been destroyed. But all that changes when the mysterious civilization "MU" invades his home, raining destruction down from the sky in the form of strange monsters called Dolems. The events that occur next will lead Ayato to the mysterious woman named Reika Mishima, to the truth of their existence, the discovery of what and who he is, and to the powerful angelic robot RahXephon.

Final Feelings:
I must say that I rather enjoyed this show. For people who have seen Neon Genesis Evangelion, this show has alot in common, but without the wtf and the characters who are always blaming themself for everthing that happens.

Recommended:
Yes to mach fans, and fans of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
